Can't match or don't want to match on any colour? - Play it safe - Use black

Don't do This.  This is the 8x12" image in a 1.2"/3CM mount.  Everything looks stuffed into the Frame.  The mount with is about 1/2 the minimum ut should be. This is the "Bought at The Checkout Look" that your neighbours have.

Start Here. The Mount is 0.25 (1/4) x  width of longest side of the art Work.  Things are looking better already.. 

Once mount is wider than 1/4 of the longest side, you can keep going.

Break Out But Use the Guidelines
